The company is made up of artists from a varied background. We are working towards creating our own style, which fuses elements from theatre, dance, acrobatics and "stunt".
The performances use a minimum of spoken text. In stead we rely on a visual physical language and the use of sound and music.
Our stories are all based upon an idea of making a small, independent city through a series of plays.
The idea is similar to that of a soap opera which also creates houses, families and characters that build their own universe during many episodes. This world is simply called "The City" ("Byen"). This is the place in which all the performances are set. This city is run by a dictatorship (formed by a small group of local politicians), that have seized control over the inhabitants and build a wall around the city. They are now working on different ways of controlling the people living there.
THE CITY
After the dictatorship succeeded in controlling the inhabitants` actions, they are now set to control their thoughts and dreams. As part of this plan, a "Dream Centre" has been established. This centre is now,every day, collecting Dream Reports from every household, which is analyzed by the Dream Analysts. The goal is to be able to spot those with radical or "impure" thoughts, and to remove these individuals before they have set their thoughts into action. Any suspicion of an individual giving untrue Dream Reports leads to a more serious control within the Dream Centre. There they have monitoring equipment that can expose fakers. Once a month, all individuals are also called in to a rutine monitoring of dreams.
Dream Reports are collected in these official Dream Boxes, which are opened by a Dream Collector every morning at 07.30

The Director has recently published a book about how to control ones dreams. It is his hope that the inhabitants soon can seize control over their own dreams and that no improper thought, emotions and feelings will appear in real life, or in dreams.
As a consequence of this way of denying their dreams to appear at night, the real dreams of the people we meet, have a habit of turning up, unexpected, in real life.
So far The City only consist of two houses:
The Dream Centre (the setting for the performance "Drømmen")
The Boarding House (the setting for the performance "Den Fremmede").
We hope to continue making houses and people in The City.
The next project is called "Spillet" ("The Game"), and is scheduled for 2012.
This project will take a new form, and be more reliant on the audience to take an active part in the story. More information will be given soon.
